What products do you offer?

We specialize in custom laser-engraved products, including; Wooden keepsakes and photo engravings, Key pendants, Tumblers and drinkware, Personalized gifts with names, photos, or messages, Custom corporate items such as notebooks, wooden pens, business cards, and branded merchandise. How do I place an order?

You can place an order through our website or by contacting us directly. Simply provide the required customization details (names, photos, logos, or messages), and we will guide you through the process.

Can I see a preview before production?

For selected products, we provide a design preview for approval before production begins. Once you approve the design, we proceed with engraving.

How long does production take?

Production time depends on the product type and order quantity. Estimated timelines will be shared when your order is confirmed.

Do you offer corporate or bulk orders?

Yes. We work with businesses to create customized corporate gifts and branded materials. For bulk or corporate inquiries, please contact us directly for a quotation.

Can I use copyrighted images or logos?

Customers must ensure they have the legal rights or authorization to use any images, logos, or designs submitted. We are not responsible for intellectual property violations related to customer-provided content.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment details and accepted methods will be provided at the time of order confirmation. Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the customized nature of our products, personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Will my personal information be kept confidential?

Yes. All personal information provided (names, photos, contact details, addresses) is used strictly for order processing and delivery purposes. We do not use customer information for marketing. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

Will my product be used for marketing?

We may showcase completed products for portfolio or promotional purposes only with the customer’s prior consent when personal content is identifiable.
