At Canopy Crafts, we take great pride in producing high-quality customized laser-engraved products. Due to the personalized nature of our items, this Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, or refunds may be granted.

Customized Products

All products created by Canopy Crafts are customized according to the specifications provided by the customer, including names, photographs, messages, logos, and other personal content. As such, customized and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where: The product is defective, damaged, or faulty upon delivery; or The item differs significantly from the approved design due to an error on our part. We do not offer refunds or returns for errors resulting from incorrect spelling, images, or design details provided or approved by the customer.

Reporting an Issue

If you believe your order is defective or incorrect due to our error, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. To process your request, you may be required to provide; Clear photographs of the product, A description of the issue, Proof of purchase. Failure to report within the specified timeframe may result in the request being declined.

Resolution

If the issue is verified and determined to be our responsibility, we may offer one of the following remedies at our discretion: Replacement of the item at no additional cost; or Partial or full refund of the purchase price. Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production has begun. Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted due to the customized nature of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable; Personalized or custom-engraved items (unless defective or incorrect due to our error), Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear, Items approved by the customer prior to production where the final result matches the approved design
