Canopy Crafts is a laser engraving business based in Doha, Qatar, providing customized personal and corporate products. These Terms apply to all orders, purchases, and services offered by us. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Orders and Customization

All products are customized based on the information, designs, text, images, or specifications provided by the customer. By submitting content (including names, photographs, logos, messages, or designs), you confirm that; You have the legal right or authorization to use such content. The content does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. The content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in Qatar. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate. Canopy Crafts is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Order Confirmation and Approval

For certain customized products, we may provide a design preview before production. Once the customer approves the final design, production will begin. After approval, changes may not be possible. Any requested modifications may result in additional charges and extended production time.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Qatari Riyal (QAR) unless otherwise stated. Full or partial payment may be required before production begins. Orders will not proceed until payment is received and confirmed. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.

Production and Delivery

Production timelines vary depending on the product and order volume. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order. While we aim to meet all agreed delivery dates, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including supplier delays, technical issues, or force majeure events. Delivery details must be accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the customized nature of our products, all personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless; The product is defective, or There is an error caused by Canopy Crafts that differs from the approved design. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. Order cancellations are only possible before production has begun. Once production starts, cancellations are not permitted.

Intellectual Property

All designs, layouts, product concepts, and branding created by Canopy Crafts remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. For corporate clients, any provided logos or brand materials remain the property of their respective owners. We reserve the right to photograph completed products for portfolio or marketing use, strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy and only with customer consent where personal content is identifiable.

Limitation of Liability

Canopy Crafts shall not be liable for; Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear of engraved items. Customer-provided errors in spelling, images, or design instructions. Our total liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting customer data. All personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal data is used solely for order processing, communication, and delivery purposes.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Qatar.
